To achieve effective drainage, position the drainage facility lower than the outlet. Ensure that the drainage hose slopes gently downward, avoiding kinks or bends that might hinder water flow.

Usage Tips

We recommend, after your initial Wi-Fi connection, to keep the dehumidifier powered off for 15 minutes. This allows time for an over-the-air (OTA) update to firmware version 1.00.20, ensuring optimal dehumidification performance. When first powered on, some noise and odor may occur, which is normal; please wait about 10 minutes for these to dissipate. The dehumidifier operates by converting moisture into heat, achieving a capability of extracting 50 pints per day at 65℉ with 60% relative humidity, and up to 109 pints daily at 86℉ with 80% humidity.

For effective performance, the compressor will engage after a 3-minute delay each time the unit is powered on and will pause for 10 minutes after every 8 hours of operation. A continuous drainage option is available by attaching a 3/4 garden hose (not included) to the drain hose connector. The recommended coverage area for optimal results is 900 square feet, with a maximum reach of 4500 square feet, though efficiency may decrease in larger spaces.

Designed to function in temperatures ranging from 41 to 94℉ with a humidity range of 0-95%RH, ensure at least 8 inches of space on all sides and 16 inches above for proper air circulation. The unit features an Auto Mode that reduces cycling by maintaining humidity levels within a specific range once your target is achieved.

Control your dehumidifier conveniently through our app, allowing for remote operation including turning it on or off, adjusting modes, setting a 24-hour timer, and viewing humidity records, even when you are away. The app also notifies you when the water tank is full. It is compatible with Alexa, Google Assistant, and IFTTT, ensuring a seamless smart home experience.
